Heather, who grew up on a farm in Virginia and raised her three children surrounded by animals, brings a wealth of hands-on experience and a nurturing touch to the rescue. Jared, an avid animal lover, adds his unique perspective and boundless enthusiasm to our mission. Together, we operate a pet care facility where we rescue, rehabilitate, and rehome animals that have been abandoned, neglected, or abused.
